How the maths works

Time value. Hours saved per week × your working-hour rate (salary ÷ ~2,300 working hours a year), counted at 50% weight. A S$5,500/month professional saving 4 hours a week banks roughly S$450/month of time value even after the discount.

Salary uplift. Conservative by role: 6–8% for marketing, ops, finance and sales; 6% for HR; 10% for tech roles where AI skills compound with existing expertise. Applied to current salary as a monthly figure.
